Freedom Church have moved their worship services online for the foreseeable future.
Following government advice to cancel all public gatherings to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are cancelling Sunday meetings at both of our physical locations. We will continue to monitor the situation week by week and hope to resume normal Sunday gatherings as soon as we are able.
Anyone can join our church family online this weekend.
We'll be streaming our church service at live.freedomchurch.je and encourage you to connect with us online at 10.30am or 7.30pm.
Ultimately, even as we pursue preventative measures and exercise wisdom in keeping ourselves and loved ones safe, our faith and security is in Jesus Christ. We pray His promise of protection over you and your family. Let’s also pray for those affected around the world, and that the virus will be quickly contained and conquered.
One final note to emphasise, this information should not alarm or heighten any distress you may have surrounding recent developments of the novel Coronavirus. Rather, our desire is for you to be informed and know that our heart is to protect and ensure the safety of all so we can continue to worship together.
“Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling.” Psalm 91:9-10
New service time
We've moved our evening service to 7.30pm.
We hope this change works better around bedtime for families with young children.
